Biography

happysad formed in Skarżysko-Kamienna, Poland (name since 2001, before: HCKF["Hard Core'owe Kółko Filozoficzne"], and Happy Sad Generation) - Members of the band have been together since 1994, but they decided to create "happysad” no sooner than just before graduation, in 2001. In July 2004 happysad has debuted with a CD „Wszystko Jedno”, which was published by SP Records.

Music of happysad is made of mainly melodic rock, with influence of punk and reggae, that are accompanied with characteristic lyrics. Only in 2004 the band has played over 150 concerts, including supporting such famous groups as Kult, Pidżama Porno and T.Love.
